Returns PolicyReturns Policy Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000 Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods within seven days following the day of delivery. Should you choose to cancel your order, you can return the goods, at your own expense and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. A refund for the purchase price will be made to your credit or debit card within 30 days of cancellation.The customer will be liable for the return postage unless the goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt. The customer is responsible for any insurance charges and customs duty where appropriate. All goods must be returned in the original packaging. We advise our customers to send returned goods via recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are posted without recorded delivery proof.If we have sent your parcel out by any of our couriers and they cannot deliver after 2 attempts then they will return the item to us. The return postage charge is £7.99. This will be debited to the credit card given to us at the time of order.If the wrong item is received against what was ordered, then we will exchange the goods quickly at no extra cost to you, the customer. This includes postage costs, provided that we are notified by email within 48 hours of receipt of goods.Please note that certain conditions apply to the return of items puchased from our website or catalogue:-We must be informed by telephone or e mail of any damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. We will then issue instructions as to the return of the item by return email.All items must be in their original packaging and sent back using the method we state in the e mail. Any return products with a seal must be returned with the seal intact. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not returned by our specified method. We use the best packaging possible for your item and would hope that you item would arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes damages occur naturally in the post due to the nature of the Royal Mail. We endeavour to offer our customers the best customer service at all times.Jewellery:Earrings cannot be returned for a refund unless they are proven to be faulty.
